consistant with some variations over a number of valves of each size.
On Average the results indicate the following for PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE applications. |

below 0º F is not recommended. Service 0º F to 50º F is marginal. |
| Pressure: | Service
of valves 1/4" - 3/8" - 1/2" above 175 psi not recommended. Service of valves 3/4" and 1" above 125 psi not recommended. Service of valves 1 1/3" - 1 1/2" - 2" above 40 psi is not recommended. |
