The LC-203TWL is a mid-range pressure two-piece carbon steel ball valve well-suited to general industrial applications where 3000 WOG pressure rating, carbon steel cost-effectiveness, and reliable PTFE seat material combine to make the valve a versatile choice. Common applications include hydraulic systems and power units, compressed-air and gas distribution, oil and fuel service, industrial process utilities, plant air and water shutoff, and OEM equipment manufacturing.

The WCB carbon steel body provides reliable mechanical strength for the 3000 WOG service rating, while the 304 stainless steel ball offers improved corrosion resistance over carbon steel ball construction and the PTFE seats provide broad chemistry compatibility, bubble-tight shutoff, and reliable cycle life. NPT threaded end connections and locking lever handle complete the standard configuration. Sizes typically run from 1/4" through 3", with full-port construction in 1/4" through 1-1/2" and standard-port construction in 2" through 3". The locking lever handle supports lockout/tagout safety procedures and prevents inadvertent valve operation in industrial installations.
