Stocked Items
Stocked items are catalog valves we normally keep in inventory.
Cancellations: Orders for stocked items may be cancelled at no charge any time before they ship.
Returns:
- Contact us before sending anything back. We will send a return authorization listing the items, quantities and credit amount. Include it with the return.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to the sales price of the items returned. Example: one valve purchased at $100.00 carries a $20.00 restocking fee.
- Credit is issued once the valves are received and inspected and are determined to be new, never installed and undamaged.
- Returns can be rejected after incoming inspection.
- Returns of items shipped more than 6 months ago require additional evaluation before they are accepted.
Custom and Factory Orders
Custom and factory orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Custom order: any item that is not in our catalog.
- Factory order: any item that is not in our catalog, or a catalog item that is not normally stocked and must be ordered from the factory.
