The LDC-700E cast iron dual-door wafer check valve provides economical, water-hammer-reducing non-return service for lower-pressure applications — municipal water distribution, building service mains, HVAC chilled and condenser water systems, fire protection (where listed and approved for the specific application), irrigation systems, and general industrial cooling water. The wafer-style installation between standard flanges saves installation cost, weight, and footprint compared to traditional flanged-end check valves.

The cast iron body construction combined with CF8M (316 stainless steel cast) discs, 316SS stem, 316SS spring, and EPDM resilient seat creates a cost-effective valve suitable for clean-water and non-corrosive service while still providing the metal-disc durability needed for long service life. The EPDM seat material is well-suited to chilled water, condenser water, and ambient-temperature potable water service. The Class 125 pressure rating supports working pressure to 200 psi at ambient temperature per ANSI B16.1. Flange-mating dimensions conform to ANSI B16.1 and B16.5, providing wide compatibility with standard piping systems. API 598 pressure-testing ensures consistent quality and reliability.
