The Lance 3 piece 1000 PSI Stainless Steel Ball Valve is designed for fast, economical in-line maintenance. It has an adjustable packing gland and a bottom-loaded blow-out proof stem.

Three-piece stainless steel ball valves with threaded end connections — like the LS-301T — combine the maintainability advantages of three-piece body construction with the installation simplicity of NPT threaded ends. Common applications include chemical processing systems, food and beverage process lines, pharmaceutical and biotech utilities, instrument-air and process-control lines, dosing and metering systems, and any general-industrial service where 316 stainless steel corrosion resistance is required and threaded installation is preferred over welded connections.
The three-piece body design allows the center section containing the ball, seats, and stem to be removed for cleaning, seat replacement, or full disassembly without disturbing the threaded end-caps left in the piping. This is a significant maintenance advantage over two-piece designs, particularly where the valve sees frequent service or where the piping itself is difficult to break apart. The 1000 WOG full-port construction with 150 PSI steam rating, adjustable packing gland, blowout-proof stem, and investment-cast body provides reliable service. ANSI B16.34 and EN 12516-1 design conformance combined with API 598 testing standards ensure consistent quality.
