The LS-2CKTS small-bore stainless steel swing check valve is configured for applications where compactness, corrosion resistance, and moderate pressure are the operational requirements — chemical process sampling and instrument lines, dosing and metering pump discharge, small-bore utility services on skid-mounted equipment, laboratory and pilot-plant piping, and any installation where a larger flanged-end check valve would be overkill.

316 stainless steel body and cover construction provides excellent corrosion resistance across a wide range of process chemistries — dilute acids and caustics, brines, aggressive water treatment chemistries, and pharmaceutical and food-and-beverage process media. The T-pattern body geometry provides reliable swing-disc operation in standard horizontal installation, and threaded NPT end connections allow direct installation into standard small-bore piping without flanges or welding. Sizes typically run from 1/4" through 2" with 200 WOG pressure rating appropriate for the small-bore applications this valve is most commonly specified for. As a check valve, the LS-2CKTS provides passive, automatic backflow prevention with no actuator or control signal required.
