The LC-336ST-LF2 three-piece forged carbon steel ball valve combines the high-pressure performance of forged construction with the low-temperature ductility of LF2 body material, making this valve well-suited for outdoor oil and gas installations in cold climates, cryogenic-adjacent service, and any application where service temperatures may drop well below the Charpy impact-test threshold of standard WCB carbon steel. LF2 material conforms to ASTM A350 and provides controlled toughness down to -50°F.

The Class 2500 / 6000 PSI WOG pressure rating, combined with socket-weld inlet and NPT threaded outlet end configuration, suits this valve for installations where one end is connected to permanent welded piping and the other end requires field-serviceable threaded access. PEEK seats and PEEK thrust washer provide extended high-temperature service capability and chemical resistance beyond what PTFE seats can handle.
