The LC-336TT-LCC three-piece forged carbon steel ball valve is designed for high-pressure, severe-service industrial and oilfield applications — Class 2500 / 6000 PSI WOG pressure rating, fire-safe construction per API 607, and forged-body strength combine to make this valve well-suited for the demanding environments of oil and gas production, refining process service, severe-service hydraulic systems, and any high-pressure industrial application where standard cast-body ball valves would be inadequate.
The LCC body and cap material conforms to ASTM A352, providing controlled low-temperature ductility suitable for outdoor and cold-climate service. The 316 stainless steel ball and 17-4 PH stem provide corrosion and erosion resistance, while HSN (HNBR) O-rings handle hydrocarbon service reliably. FM4215 (PTFE-based) seats provide chemical compatibility and bubble-tight shutoff, while graphite stem packing and body joint gasket maintain seal integrity even under fire-exposure conditions per the API 607 fire-safe test protocol.
