The Lance 3 Piece Carbon Steel Ball Valve is designed for fast, economical in-line maintenance. It has an adjustable packing gland and a bottom-loaded blow-out proof stem.

Three-piece carbon steel ball valves with NPT threaded end connections — like the LC-301T — combine the maintainability advantages of three-piece body construction with the installation simplicity of threaded ends, providing an economical, robust valve for general industrial service. Common applications include hydraulic systems on industrial machinery and mobile equipment, compressed-air and gas distribution, fuel-oil and lubrication-oil service, condensate and steam-trap discharge piping, plant utility shutoff, and OEM equipment manufacturing where reliable, cost-effective ball valves are required.

The three-piece body design allows the center section containing the ball, seats, and stem to be removed for cleaning, inspection, or seat replacement without disturbing the threaded end-caps left in the piping — a significant maintenance advantage over two-piece designs, particularly in high-cycle service. WCB carbon steel body construction with PTFE seats, adjustable packing gland, blowout-proof stem, and locking lever handle delivers reliable performance. 1000 WOG full-port pressure rating, 150 PSI steam service capability, ANSI B16.34 / EN 12516-1 design conformance, and API 598 pressure-testing complete the standard specification.
